BinoBet Terms and Conditions for Account and Real-Money Services

Effective Date: September 16, 2026

Last Updated: September 16, 2026

These Terms govern access to our site, account creation, casino games, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, verification, responsible gambling controls and support. By creating an account or using a real-money service, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Promotion-specific rules form part of these Terms when you activate an offer.

Definitions and eligibility

“Account” means the personal profile used for balances and activity. “Real-money funds” are deposited funds and settled winnings. “Bonus funds” are promotional credits subject to stated rules. “KYC” means identity, age, address and payment verification. “Restricted activity” includes fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, false documents, payment abuse and attempts to manipulate games or promotions.

You must meet the legal gambling age, act for yourself, provide accurate information and use the service only where lawful. One person may hold one account. You may not sell, transfer, share or create an account for another person.

Registration and account security

Use your legal name, correct date of birth, current address and an email you control. Keep the password secret and sign out on shared devices. Tell support promptly if credentials, email access or a payment method may be compromised. Activity completed with valid credentials can be treated as authorised until the account is secured.

Verification and source-of-funds checks

We may request government identification, proof of address, payment ownership, source of funds or source of wealth. Documents must be current, complete and readable. We can pause withdrawals, deposits, bonus use or account activity while checks are completed. Enhanced verification can apply to higher activity, unusual patterns, security events or legal requirements.

Deposits, balances and payment ownership

Use a payment method held in your own name. Cashier limits, currencies and fees appear before confirmation. Published starting points include €20 for cash deposits and €30 for many bonus-qualifying payments. A failed, reversed or charged-back deposit can be removed from the balance, and related play or winnings can be reviewed.

Deposited funds may need one real-money turnover before withdrawal as an anti-fraud control. This is separate from promotional wagering. Crypto transfers require the correct asset, address and network; an incorrect chain or address remains the sender’s responsibility.

Withdrawals and processing

Requests start from €40, subject to the method and limits shown in the cashier. We may return a withdrawal to the original payment route, request verification or review bonus status, game records and payment history. The internal review can take up to 48 hours, after which the bank, card provider or blockchain completes delivery. Duplicate requests, mismatched ownership or incomplete documents can delay processing.

Bonuses, free spins and promotions

Each offer states eligibility, activation, minimum deposit, wagering, expiry, maximum bet, game contribution and withdrawal conditions. The casino welcome package can reach €1,500 plus 150 free spins; published casino wagering is 40x and the maximum active-bonus bet is €5. The sports offer uses separate 12x wagering and qualifying odds rules.

Bonus abuse includes duplicate accounts, coordinated play, opposite betting, low-risk wagering intended only to clear a requirement, manipulation of game contribution, repeated payment reversal and prohibited use of automated tools. We may cancel a reward, correct a balance or restrict promotion access when rules are breached.

Games, bets and technical records

Game and sportsbook rules form part of these Terms. A bet is accepted when recorded by our system. The server record controls stake, odds, game outcome, settlement and balance movement. Interrupted displays do not change a completed server result. Obvious pricing errors, duplicated credits, game faults or incorrect settlements can be corrected, and affected bets may be voided where the applicable rule permits.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use false details or documents, another person’s payment method, multiple accounts, collusion, bots, scripts, tampering, chargeback abuse or fraud. VPN or proxy use must not be used to misrepresent identity, location or eligibility. You must not harass support, exploit a fault or attempt unauthorised access to the site or another account.

Suspension, closure and dormant accounts

We may restrict, suspend or close an account to investigate security, verification, prohibited activity, legal duties, responsible gambling concerns or a serious breach. You may request closure through support. Records and self-exclusion controls can be retained after closure where required. Dormant balances and inactive accounts are handled under the notice and fee terms shown in the account or legal area.

Responsible gambling

Gambling is entertainment, not income. Winnings are never guaranteed. Deposit, loss, wager and session limits, reality checks, cooling-off and self-exclusion are provided through account controls. You must not try to recover losses by increasing stakes or borrowing to gamble.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Site text, design, software, marks and game integrations are protected by applicable rights. You receive a limited personal right to use the service. Payment providers, game studios and linked sites can apply additional terms. Their systems and notices are separate from these Terms.

Complaints, liability and changes

Send a complaint to [email protected] with the account email, date, amount, transaction or round ID and requested outcome. We review account records and respond through the registered contact channel. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and we are not responsible for losses caused by a player’s device, network, incorrect payment address or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, payment or service changes. The revision date identifies the current text. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
